About Us

At Carolina’s Kitchen & Catering we provide party organization, and catering from small gatherings to large corporate events. Also available for private events. Chef Leticia is dedicated in providing quality and excellence to all her customers. Each client is individual and unique and the service provided is customized.

Our chef

Executive chef, Leticia Tello, found her passion in food preparation by watching her mother at their family’s restaurant in Lima – Peru. This inspired Leticia to study International Gastronomy and Business Administration in Lima. Now, she shares her Peruvian culture and continues her passion for cooking. Leticia now has her catering company, “Carolina’s Kitchen & Catering” based in Pine bluff, NC where she focuses her menu on Peruvian and Italian infused dishes. She is pleased to be running her event catering company alongside her husband William Eris who she says is her number one supporter.
